The Grading of Rubies

In the grading system of Ruby color, it can be divided into Pigeon Blood Red → Deep Red → Red → Purplish Red → Pinkish Red. 

Pigeon Blood is a good color in rubies. It's red like the blood flowing from a male pigeon. It's a bright purplish or pink red with a soft, vivid red fluorescence, is a precious variety of rubies, high price. 

Deep red  rubies are slightly less bright red than pigeon blood, but still very few. 

Red  color intensity than pigeon blood red, dark red to light, but looks more lively than pigeon blood red, the color appears to be attractive red. 

Magenta Ruby is the common color of the rubies in Mian Dian. 

Pink  red is a low-purity color in the entire Ruby and is a very low-value color in the entire ruby color class.
